Eva Sawtelle is a Sales Agent and a new Town Square Realty Group team addition. She joins the team with 35+ years of experience in customer service, sales, and management. Previously, Eva was the Owner and Director of a childcare business for 16+ years in Waterboro. Before that, she worked for a large manufacturing company in Sanford for 19+ years as a direct support to the owners and customer service team.
As an owner of a childcare business, Eva knows the importance of helping families and listening to their needs. She is excited to start her new career in real estate and ready to support customers and clients in finding that particular home or selling their current home to move on to new adventures.
Outside of her professional life, Eva is deeply committed to supporting education and childcare for children. She serves as an active board member on two non-profit childcare groups in Greenville, Maine, a testament to her dedication to the community. Currently residing in Shapleigh with her husband and two Labrador retrievers, Eva enjoys scrapbooking and cherishes the time she spends with her grandson.
