ANN M. LAPIERRE

Ann has been self-employed in the Sanford/Springvale area since she finished School. She has been in real estate since 1994 and has always wanted to own a real estate company. She has been involved in the community through Kiwanis, the Sanford/Springvale Chamber of Commerce (she is currently a Member and was Chairperson for four years), the Sanford High School Key Club advisor, and other activities.

She and her husband, Jim, have lived in Sanford for 40 years. They have a son, who lives in San Francisco, California, and a daughter, who now works for the business. They also have one Maine coon cat (Ziggy), a Ragdoll cat (Penny), and a rescue dog (Chihuahua/Poodle mix) named Jesse." Ann is a Boston Red Sox and Patriots fan. Cooking and working in her gardens are just a couple of Ann's favorite things.

Ann believes buying or selling a home is the most significant financial transaction that will likely occur in a person's life, but it can also be very emotional. She understands her client's needs and treats them as if they were her only clients.
