KAREN M. & ALAN (AL) E. HEBB

Karen has been a member of the Sanford community her entire life, and Al has lived in Sanford for thirty-plus years. They have been a successful working team for countless years, first as auto collision managers, food managers, investors, flippers, and now as realtors.

At Town Square Realty Group, they continue to work as a team, giving their clients a two-for-one deal and an opportunity to benefit from their proven successful collaboration. They have owned several single-family homes in Sanford, which they rent.

Al and Karen enjoy every aspect of home ownership and believe everybody should have a "home" to call their own. They love guiding first-time buyers through the buying process, including working through the hopes and fears often accompanying the transition. They also enjoy working with investors; as investors themselves, it only seemed logical to take the next step as realtors.

Al and Karen, members of the American Culinary Federation, have done endless hours of volunteer work to help stop childhood hunger in Maine and New Hampshire. Cooking is one of Karen's favorite passions. Team Hebb's tagline is "cookies for closings," where you are served freshly baked cookies at the closing table.

They couldn't be happier with their decision to join the Town Square Realty Group family more than 15 years ago.

They have two daughters and four exceptional grandchildren and one beautiful great-granddaughter.
