Ann is a Sanford native. She has been in business for herself since finishing her schooling. After working for several agencies in the area, Ann made her dream come true by opening up her own agency in 2005. Over the years Ann has been involved with many school and civic organizations. When her children were younger, she enjoyed spending time in their classrooms and volunteering in many ways. She was a co-advisor to the Sanford High School Key Club for 8 years, She has been a member of the Sanford-Springvale Chamber of Commerce for 20 years, where she was President for 7 years, and is currently serving on the Executive Board. She and her husband Jim have made Sanford their home since 1984. They have a son who resides in San Francisco, CA, and a daughter in Sanford. They have 2 cats - Ziggy, who is part Maine coon, and Penny, who is a Ragdoll. They also have a rescue dog named Jesse, who is part Chihuahua and poodle. In her spare time Ann enjoys gardening, tending to her flowers, cooking, baking, knitting, and spending time at the beach. She also enjoys cheering on the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. Whether she is selling a client's home or finding a house for her clients to call home, Ann's dedication to her clients
remains her number one priority.
